The fear of man
The fear of man
In the jungles of Africa, a young Lion stalks his land. He knows these plains like his own claws. His pride is the deepest across the Sub-saharan grasslands. The Lion sees a young man. He is standing still, the Lion smells no fear from him. The young Maasia Warrior crouches down, approaching him, with his spear in hand. The Lion smells battle. He roars, ‘O this is my home and I’ve seen men like you before. The young Maasia sinks further beneath the grass. Flies can land on his eyes, nothing can make him blink – his eyes are fixed on the Lioness Pride approaching. And he knows he must fight another day.
