Ever found yourself at a restaurant, slathering an unholy amount of that addictive, creamy-spicy sauce onto your shrimp or chicken and thinking, “Could I put this on… everything?” That’s bang bang sauce, the hero of the flavor world, here to save your fries, veggies, sandwiches, and maybe even your soul. Let’s make it!


Ingredients

Bang Bang Shrimp

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste for added heat)
  • 1 tbsp honey (for a touch of sweetness)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional, for a bit more tang)

Instructions

  1. Mix it up: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust to taste: Give it a taste test and adjust for sweetness or spice. Add more sriracha if you like extra heat or a touch more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
