Ingredients:
Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings.
- 2 oz Reposado Tequlia (My favorite is Don Julio)
- 2 oz Licor 43
- 3 oz Espresso (I used Cafe Bustello)
- 1 oz Orange (Just a slice)
1. Brew fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add tequila reposado, Licor 43, espresso, and fresh orange juice.
4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
5. For more foam, remove the ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
6. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
7. Garnish with coffee beans (optional).
8. Serve and enjoy!
