Instead of just tossing them in the air fryer and calling it a day, we’re giving them a delicious, buttery, garlicky upgrade. First, we air-fry them for a few minutes to start crisping them up. Then, we brush them with a seasoned garlic butter that soaks into every little crispy pocket before finishing them off for the ultimate golden, flavorful bite. Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Totino’s Pizza Rolls (or your preferred brand)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Marinara or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Partially Cook the Pizza Rolls: Arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Butter: While the pizza rolls cook, melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the minced garlic (or garlic powder), Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  4. Coat the Pizza Rolls in Garlic Butter: Remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer and brush each one with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  5. Final Air Fry to Crispy Perfection: Return the pizza rolls to the air fryer and cook for another 3–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
