Maximize your Article by using the checklist below.

Spotrpage Article Checklist 

✅ Cover Image:

Choose a stunning, high resolution 1920 X 1080 pixel Cover Image. Make sure once the Article is published, the title is legible. If title is illegible, bring the brightness of your cover down a bit to make white title text pop. If the image shows up blurry when the article is published, that means the image is too small.

✅ Title:

Clear and direct title that sums up the content of the article.

✅ Section Titles:

Add titles that break up your article into sections. Make sure these titles stand out by bolding and/or underlining them.

✅ Checklist and Number features:

Utilize the checklist feature where helpful (for example, when listing ingredients).

Use number feature where helpful (for example, when listing steps).

✅ Bold, Underline, and Color Text:

Utilize the bold, underline, and color text features to make specific points stand out. This

makes the article more interesting to read though and provides the eye with breaks

throughout.

✅ Video:

Add a link to a YouTube video in the Video field to embed a video into the Article. Note: Only full length YouTube videos can be published using the Video field: See Multimedia section below for more on how to embed short form content.

✅ Multimedia:

Include –

• Embed of Video relevant to the article from YouTube Shorts, TikTok or IG Reels: To learn how to embed from those platforms, click here: https://www.spotrpage.com/support-center/ and then select “Am I able to embed videos from other platforms?”

• Imagery – Embed imagery that enhances understanding and beauty of the article. Ensure imagery is high quality and high saturation and contrast to really make it pop — making any needed edits in photo editing tool of choice.

To add a photo:

1. Select “add media” and select your image(s).
2. Next, on the window where images are selected scroll down on the right hand panel, and under “size” open the dropdown and select “Full Size”. This ensures that the image shows up as high quality and clear as possible.

Once the image is embedded, you can make it smaller if you wish by clicking the image and dragging the corner in. 

✅ Button:

Add a CTA (Call to Action) utilizing the button feature that links to your desired destination. This could be a link to a related Article, your StudioLink, your Author Page, a product, your social media profile – the possibilities are endless.

✅ Tags:

Add 10+ Tags that relate directly to the topic of the article. Each tag should be separated by a comma. What are some words or phrases people would search for to find that article?

✅ Gallery Images:

Add up to 10 stunning images that enhance the article. Dimensions should be 1920 x 1080. Use the Gallery to display and promote your product, add imagery that enhances your article topic, images related to where your button leads, etc.
