Directions

  1. Cut garlic into slices.
  2. Add olive oil to pan and roast your garlic.
  3. Cut your Swiss chard into long strips then into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add your Swiss chard into the pan and mix with the olive oil and garlic.
  5. Cut some bread, add olive oil, and roast in the oven.
  6. Season your Swiss chard to your liking.
  7. Plate your Swiss chard then break your bread up into crouton-sized pieces and add on top of your Swiss chard.
