
Swiss Chard

Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 leaves swiss chard (sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
- Cut garlic into slices.
- Add olive oil to pan and roast your garlic.
- Cut your Swiss chard into long strips then into bite-sized pieces.
- Add your Swiss chard into the pan and mix with the olive oil and garlic.
- Cut some bread, add olive oil, and roast in the oven.
- Season your Swiss chard to your liking.
- Plate your Swiss chard then break your bread up into crouton-sized pieces and add on top of your Swiss chard.
