Instructions:

1. Prepare the Kataifi Base on the Stovetop

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  • Add kataifi pastry and butter, tossing continuously to coat evenly.
  •  Toast until golden brown and crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
  • Cut the heat off, and add in pistachio cream, and combine.
  •  Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

2. Make the White Chocolate Ganache

  • Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until steaming (but not boiling).
  •  Pour over the chopped white chocolate and let sit for a minute.
  •  Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly to thicken.

3. Assemble the Cups

  • Add in the toasted kataifi and pistachio cream mixture in cup.
  • Fill each kataifi cup with a spoonful of white chocolate ganache.
  •  Add fresh strawberries on top, and repeat until full.
  •  Garnish with crushed pistachios if desired.

4. Serve and Enjoy

  •  Best served fresh while the kataifi is crispy.
