
Whitney’s Dubai Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup kataifi
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Strawberries (CLEANED)
- Pistachio Cream
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Kataifi Base on the Stovetop
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Add kataifi pastry and butter, tossing continuously to coat evenly.
- Toast until golden brown and crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Cut the heat off, and add in pistachio cream, and combine.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
2. Make the White Chocolate Ganache
- Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until steaming (but not boiling).
- Pour over the chopped white chocolate and let sit for a minute.
- Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly to thicken.
3. Assemble the Cups
- Add in the toasted kataifi and pistachio cream mixture in cup.
- Fill each kataifi cup with a spoonful of white chocolate ganache.
- Add fresh strawberries on top, and repeat until full.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios if desired.
4. Serve and Enjoy
- Best served fresh while the kataifi is crispy.
