Whitney’s Girl Dinner

March 01, 2025

I know I might be late to the “Girl Dinner” trend, but here’s my version a snack tray I whip up whenever I’m too tired to cook or need a quick lunch for work. I start with a mini cucumber, chopped for its satisfying crunch, and top it with Fly By Jing’s Sichuan Chili Crisp for a spicy kick. Next, I slice Archer Country grass-fed beef sticks into bite-sized pieces and add a handful of Castelvetrano olives for their buttery flavor. Mary’s Gone Crackers seeded crackers provide a wholesome crunch, which pairs perfectly with slices of soppressata that’s not overly salty. To round it off, I include Tillamook Smoked Black Pepper Cheese I’m obsessed with its unique flavor, and their white cheddar is a favorite too. The snack-sized packaging is convenient, and even Jurnee loves them. This combination isn’t just for dinner. It’s versatile enough for lunch or even breakfast, making it a go-to option when I want something light yet satisfying. Because momma has a busy life.
